SpermMar ™ IgG – complete

Test SpermMar al lattice per la determinazione di anticorpi antisperma nel liquido seminale con il metodo MAR che comprende: 0,7 ml di particelle al lattice; 0,7 ml di antisiero monospecifico alle IgG umane; Vetrini per microscopio 76×26 mm; vetrini copri-oggetto 24×40 mm; micro-capillari da 10µl; pipetta con bulbo in gomma.

Gli anticorpi anti-sperma (ASA) vengono prodotti quando la barriera del sangue-testicolo è interrotta da ostruzione, infezione o traumatismo. Le immunoglobuline della classe IgG sono solitamente presenti sia nel siero che nel seme, e gli anticorpi IgG si attaccano allo spermatozoo. L’ASA della classe IgA viene secreto dalle ghiandole sessuali accessorie e si trovano solo nel seme. L’ASA della classe IgG può essere rilevata nel plasma seminale, ma di solito non esiste IgA libera nel plasma seminale. Gli anticorpi anti-sperma della classe IgA non si verificano quasi mai senza anticorpi IgG.
Nel caso in cui più del 40% degli spermatozoi mobili presenti ASA della classe IgG, è consigliabile eseguire un test complementare per gli anticorpi IgA.
Il fattore immunologico riduce la probabilità di concezione spontanea, e questo è particolarmente vero quando si trovano anche ASA della classe IgA.
